Tre's Leches

Tres Leches Cake
tres leches cake (Spanish: torta de tres leches), also known as "three milks bread" is a Vanilla sponge cake—in some recipes, a butter cake—soaked in three kinds of milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream.

Origin : America, Caribbean, Republic of Macedonia, some parts of Europe

Nevertheless, the idea for creating a cake soaked in a liquid, likely belongs to Medieval European origin, as similar cakes, such as London Trifle and Rum cake, and Tiramisu from Italy, use this method of soaking up the cake, for a better smooth and creamy texture.

Tasted at: Big Brewsky, Sarjapura Road, Bangalore, Karnataka

Taste: Just melt in mouth feeling. It is smooth and creamy in texture. The 3 different milk patterns play with the taste buds giving a mild but lingering sweet n milky taste back.

The top is decorated with the whipped cream, the all-time favorite of many

Garnished with the feathery light slide-cuts of white chocolate.

Some crunchy nuts to add.
Ambiance: Nice and calm, You can find the Fish pond aside the very bakery and/or patisserie, allowing you to spend a little time with the aquatic lives (Fishes :D )

Service: Quick and Nice

Value for money: Around 550/- for 2# depending on your choices made

Revisit: For sure, for all the Sweet-Tooth's out there.

Cool to check out: The Brew-k-Asura, this is the authentic Asura (Evil Face) Chocolate Pastries.
